End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Markivia Digital LLC (“we”, “us”) for the Vadd application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to this EULA. This EULA is between you and us only, not with Apple, and we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the app and its content.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.
User content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you post and must comply with our Community Guidelines. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users; violating content is removed and accounts may be terminated.
No warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Barbers are independent third parties; we do not guarantee their services.
Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund per the App Store terms; otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation for the app.
