Common topics

• Booking: find a barber in the feed or on the map, open their profile, pick a service and an available time. Haircuts are paid in person, directly to your barber.
• Your Hair Profile: a private record of your cut that you share with a barber by consent when you book. You can edit or revoke access anytime from your profile.
• Notifications: manage appointment reminders and alerts in the app under Notifications.

Report content or a user

Vadd has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. In the app, tap the menu on any post or profile to Report or Block. You can also email support@getvadd.com. We review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours, and we remove users who abuse the platform. See our Community Guidelines.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, posts, bookings, and Hair Profile. If you need help, email support@getvadd.com.
