These terms govern your use of Vadd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post, and you grant Vadd a license to host and display them to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to share what you post — including the likeness of anyone shown — and that it doesn’t infringe others’ rights.
Acceptable use
Don’t post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content, and don’t impersonate others or abuse the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report posts and comments; reports go to a moderation queue.
Bookings & cancellations
Vadd provides instant booking between clients and barbers. Each shop sets its own cancellation window: a client can cancel online up to that window, and the barber or shop may cancel at any time. Vadd isn’t a party to the appointment and isn’t responsible for the service a barber provides.
Barbers
If you offer services, you’re responsible for your profile, services, availability, pricing, and for honoring confirmed bookings. You must handle client information — including Hair Profile — only for providing the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Vadd isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for interactions between clients and barbers.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
